Located not too far from the beach (timed it... took me a little under 8 min. by foot). Located far enough from all the tourist traffic. Staff was extremely courteous (especially the valet and front desk). Lobby was magnificent (there was marble everywhere). My one bedroom suite on the 23rd floor was one of the largest ones I've stayed in and had a great view of both the ocean and mountains. Would be nice if the bar was open (heard it will be opening up in May... apparently there are new owners). Would definitely stay here on my return trip to Hawaii.
